Car prices in Brazil are horrible. why does a base VW Gol cost about $25kUSD? that's just mental. I saw a billboard ad last time I visited family in Ribeirão Preto for a brand new BMW 320i for 110k R$ ($55kUSD?), That's just mental.

Yup, all over the state of Sao Paulo. I was supposed to be born and raised in Campinas, if my parents didn't move to Canada. My brother was born there though.
